COMING SOON

CURSES is contracted with Quill & Flame Publishing House and will release in October 2026! It’s a modern twist on Rapunzel and Hansel & Gretel, with The Gabreville Gazette to cover the story.

If Hearts is gardens and teaparties, and Wishes is royalty and a ball…over in Gabreville, Mirrors is castles and libraries, Curses is the candy shop and a crypt at All Hallow’s Eve, and Endings is just that, a sad and swoony ending worthy of the books that came before. (Poor Darragh, he needed a story.)

It’ll be sweet.

FROM THE BACK COVER

THE CROWN JEWELS ARE STOLEN

Nineteen-year-old Juniper Crescent is outspoken, spunky, and hiding a heavy secret. But when the town’s beloved matriarch, Azalea Pumpkin, is suddenly taken ill under suspicious circumstances the same night as the historic crown jewels are stolen, Juniper is thrown into the scandal. Plastered on the front page of the newspaper, everyone finds out that Juniper is set to inherit the business empire of the rich old lady. But what they don’t know is that the real reason she’s entangled in the story—though she grew up an orphan, Juniper’s finally found a lead on who her family is, and that clue takes her straight to a candy shop.

Haunted by his family’s shameful actions, Percival Hayes has stopped going to university to help cover the costs of his father’s legal fees. He’s taking pictures for the Gabreville Gazette, covering articles at the newspaper on weekends, and working at Peckle’s & Praline candy shop, all while his lazy brother isn’t helping, his mother is on house arrest, and his father is imprisoned for murder. But one autumn day, the girl he’s secretly had a crush on for years—the girl whose heart his brother broke—walks into the candy shop asking for his help.

While Azalea Pumpkin clings to life, Juniper and Percy must follow clues left behind by the old lady to find who poisoned her and who stole the crown jewels—and it all comes to a head on All Hallow’s Eve, when they find it’s someone much closer than anyone thought.
